You will need:
Iceberg lettuce (diced)
1 Avocado (sliced or diced)
Cucumber (sliced)
AND/OR Tomatoes (diced)
Masago - Fish Eggs
Dressing
1 tbs rice vinegar
2 tbs vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
pinch of salt and pepper
To create the dressing, just combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Personally, I like the dressing chilled and with a hint of lemon juice, so you can also give that a try too!
Now, in a bowl combine lettuce and vegetables together with the dressing, topping it off with the avocado and garnish with fish eggs. Bon appetit!
